Our staff are experts in their field and have years of experience in both research and development, through to the application of remote sensing technologies in the natural resource management sector.
We seek active investors who can open doors to new markets and new customers requiring remote sensing technologies. We are particularly focused on the mineral exploration sector and associated environmental programs prior to and post operations.
Scantherma Thermal Energy Imaging
Scantherma provides a broad scale of services catering not only to energy saving, but also to predictive maintenance for both domestic and commercial clients. With the ever increasing importance of energy saving measures such as the new 6-star energy ratings for homes, coupled with the increase of energy tariffs right across Australia, we are poised for considerable growth within the next 3-4 years and expect strong revenues in the medium to long term.
We are seeking both active investors and partnerships in delivering our services to currently un-serviced locations across Australia. Particularly, we wish to form strategic partnerships with ‘green’ orientated businesses that wish to help all Australians reduce their energy consumption.
Scantherma has in place a shareholders’ agreement and various subscription agreements for both our remote sensing technologies and thermal energy imaging services. These agreements contain all appropriate corporate governance and financial controls and investor protection mechanisms.
